- Visionary (Prophetic): Seeing potential, discerning direction, inspiring change
- Connecting (Evangelistic): Building relationships, creating networks, bridging divisions
- Caring (Pastoral): Nurturing growth, supporting development, maintaining health
- Mentoring (Teaching): Developing others, sharing wisdom, building capability
