This audit will help you assess the health of worship in your community across three dimensions:
- Whole-Life Worship: Worship as a daily, whole-life response to God — beyond Sunday
- Gathered Worship: The quality and depth of worship when the community comes together
- Worship Leadership: How worship is led, developed and sustained
For each statement, indicate how true it is of your community on a scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 10 (strongly agree).
